That tumblr one is nice! I have to remember to get back into that site again, I signed up for it shortly before I lost internet last year and haven't had a chance to get in there again now that I'm back online. That's a great one. I LIKE that :). Definite favorite. Ha, he looks like your average everyday friend or boyfriend that pops up in someone's Facebook photos section in that picture :lol:. Great stuff. He's a cutie.

My friends love telling dirty jokes. I'm often the one they least expect to hear that sort of thing from! Haha, Kristal, I like that line from your boyfriend about eating :lol:! Is it a convincing enough argument? One of my friends I'm going to a show with likes Coldplay, the other knows who they are but I don't know if she has an opinion of them one way or another. But she's willing to go, so I take that as a good sign, and I'm hoping she'll have as much fun as I and the other friend going will and get converted as a result. It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if there is :). I'm quite certain one exists out there somewhere. Oh, GOD, yes, U2 definitely qualifies. Speaking of deeply affectionate bands... Okay, now I'm never going to be able to hear Crowded House's song "Chocolate Cake" quite the same way anymore. This is me as well :nod:.

Oh, yeah, absolutely :). I usually think it best not to judge a band's performance by an appearance at an awards show or certain TV programs or whatever. And acoustics, or how old one's TV is, or whatever, those can always screw with the sound quality and such, too. I know my TV was doing that throughout most of the show, when I saw various performances from bands I liked online it sounded a hell of a lot better. Blur wouldn't have lasted as long if they didn't have the talent to back themselves up, I figure. It's very frustrating, yeah-I'm more than happy to buy actual physical copies of albums and help properly support artists. But it's kinda hard to do that when there's not much in the way of places to buy them FROM. I'm definitely planning on looking around on Amazon and whatnot and seeing what all's available, though-thank goodness for online retail in those cases. Thanks! Know that feeling. I'm going through a similar thing right now with a couple of my friends for Coldplay. Good luck with the lodging and plane side of everything, hope you get some really good deals.

Blech to bad teachers. It's a shame such a good profession can get some not-so-good people in it, but that happens in any job from time to time, unfortunately. I now, however, am thinking of what it'd be like to have the guys be our personal language tutors :D. "Lessons with Coldplay", indeed. Yeah, well, poo to them. Chris manages to make women swoon by singing pretty songs, so he's getting the last laugh :lol:.

And yeah, exactly, just learning anything new is worth it. He's really good at interacting with a crowd. Knows how to charm them and get them to do pretty much anything :lol:. I'm glad. I don't see how anyone couldn't like it, really.

That should definitely happen :nod:. It wouldn't surprise me at all if someone decided to do some sort of birthday thing for him/with him. The people on those morning shows do often like to do all sorts of wacky things, so who knows.

Not boring at all! Thanks for the clarification. Yeah, I was going to say, it's sorta similar to German, isn't it, if I'm remembering my geography right and stuff, but ah, well. Still neat to have that mix of languages, though. I know a bit of Spanish, the stuff I can recall from learning about it in school. And the occasional French or German word. And that's about it :p. So I think it's neat when people are fluent in, or at least fairly good at speaking multiple languages. I know, his version of that song's really sorta sweet and touching, isn't it? Enough to just make you go, "Awwwwwwwww...:hug: :chris:". I like when he gets the crowd to join in, and he has to be the one to show the girls what to sing :laugh3:. You're welcome. Seriously. It's like he was built from a checklist of all the things a woman finds attractive in a man. That smile never, ever fails to make me weak in the knees. *Sighs* I'm pretty certain the moment he flashed those pearly whites at Gwenyth when they very first met was the moment she was like, "Okay, he's mine." Can't say I have, no, but it's always neat to hear other languages nonetheless. Didn't realize that was your first one. Doesn't have quite the "roll off the tongue" quality that French or Italian or Spanish or whatever has, though, does it :p? He is. Far more so than any person really should be.
