  1. Oh, I know. And I do like that one, too .
  2. Oh, okay, thanks for clearing all that up. Yes, certainly great news that the injuries aren't serious, thank god, and I was thinking that, too, yeah, that's not how, like, 99.9% of Coldplay fans behave at ALL. Shame people resorted to such behaviors, but again, I'm glad everyone's all right.
  3. THIS. I would really like this. It'd be neat to see a full show from a place, too, yeah, but to get bits from around the world on this tour would be fantastic, because it'd properly showcase how popular these guys are and what shows throughout the world are like and stuff. (Plus, I could then sit there and hope and pray for a snippet from St. Paul. Probably never going to happen for real, but a girl can dream. And if they did miraculously film something in St. Paul, I'm certain my head would explode ) Agreed. Be it a DVD, an actual concert film a la 'Rattle & Hum' (only, hopefully more well-received than that film was), an online thing...whatever results from this tweeted idea, I will for sure check it out/buy it :).
  4. Holy freaking crap. What the hell? Yeah, thoughts going out to those guys, my god... That's horrible. Hahaha, that's a great one . I was like that the other night at work, I had been watching some Coldplay stuff before going in and couldn't stop smiling to myself at random moments throughout the evening because I kept thinking of the stuff I'd watched. LOL, oh, no! What'd he say about the place?
  5. OMG, girls, this thread...:laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3: :laugh3:!!!!!! *Cracks up laughing* *Bounces up and down and claps excitedly* YES! I LOVE THIS ONE! That's brilliant! Oh, I actually want to hear them say that for real now... Awwwwwwwwwwww.... You do know how to read between the lines, don't you :D? I loved your captions, too. Hell, I love EVERYBODY'S captions here. WTF? *Dies of laughter* Oh, my god, girls, I love you.
  6. LOL, yeah, U.S. radio can be very confusing sometimes with its descriptions of what constitutes "rock" or "alternative" (or, in the case of the Grammys, "new" sometimes). But whatever, still really cool regardless. As stated by someone in this thread already, they won't be there in person, which is a shame, but I'll still watch anyway to see if they do indeed win the awards they're up for (now there's a "You know you're addicted to Coldplay when..." moment...).
  7. LOL, uh, yeah, I want to know the story behind that one, too, doritji! ??????  Fully agreed on this.
  8. THIS IS ALL KINDS OF AWESOME AND ADORABLE ! As a book lover who has been reading since she was very young, I wholeheartedly approve of this message . Thank you so much for sharing this, Row, it made me smile.
  9. Okay. Catching up AGAIN. I must confess to often having a thing for the singers of bands I like . But you're absolutely right, though, that they are not the sole center of the group. Every band member makes things tick-"In My Place" wouldn't sound as beautiful without Jonny's gorgeous guitar work, "God Put A Smile..." wouldn't be as driving without Will's drums, "X&Y" wouldn't be as hauntingly murky and atmospheric without Guy's bass, to name a few examples. Jonny, Guy, and Will are lovely men, too, they're very sweet and fun and kind, they have a great chemistry with Chris, they know how to rein him in when he gets crazy sometimes...I couldn't imagine this band without any of these four men in it. I love all of them, and definitely love it when all of the guys can pop up in interviews and articles as well . Can I say I love both Jonny and Guy equally? *Libra attitude* I love Will, too, but I see him more as a really cool big brother or bodyguard type. I'm going in August. Aka, possibly the hottest part of the year, alongside July. So we'll need mops, cold water, ice, a fan, maybe an air conditioner... I LOVE that picture :D. Glad to hear it, Ariel. Lucky you being able to go look for that vinyl-I don't have any cool stores like that where I live! I don't have a store that sells new vinyl stuff! My music shopping options are Best Buy, Target, and Wal-Mart (and KMart, a bit, too, but their selection is crap) :(. Would I be able to find the vinyl online anywhere, I wonder? Coldplay and chocolate do work well, yes :). The look is HOT, no question, but I'm kinda focusing on what he's doing with his thumb-got it against his mouth there. Yeeeeeeeeeeah... "VIOLET HILL"!!!! *Drools* Yes, you did-my, people are sure having a lot of "accidental/unintentional" typings lately  :sneaky:. As for that picture...I work at a bookstore. Chris needs to come to the store I work at . We can talk about literature...and stuff...
  10. Glad to hear that :)! Thalia? I love you. Holy SHIT that was a kickass picspam. *Apologies for the cussing, but...WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW...*
  11. I was always taught it's good to share . Fingers. Uhhhhhhh...*Twitches* ...I think my fingers might be almost as long as his, if not equal. If only I could put my hand up against his for, you know, comparison.
  12. Agreed. And oh, my god, she went out looking less than stylish one day? Like any other human being? The horror! Apple looks darling.
  13. I like that one, too . And I love this one. He looks so happy .
  14. *Regains consciousness* Hey, Row :D! Morning! Who DOESN'T want to run their hands through those curls of his? Seriously?
  15. Slavedriver . Hey, this means they'll likely have to watch this again. You give the toughest homework assignments, Row, seriously.
  16. Hey, I'm still awake, so not so fast, Lucia ! OMG, that story about his pants falling down at that show...:laugh3:! That's hilarious. So, uh, yeah, HI, everyone! Catching up again-I'm so happy I'm not working on Sunday... One more day. Row, I think your weather patterns are the same as ours, 'cause it didn't rain here today, either! It was lovely. Bit cool, but lovely. Ariel, wishing you luck with your speaking thing next week. I know how you feel, I'm not big on speaking in front of big groups, either. But I've no doubt you'll do just fine :). As for all things Chris-so many great picspams here, girls, you never fail this thread :D. These, I love so much. 1, happy birthday (or belated birthday)! Hope it was a good one! 2. Ooooooh. Me likey. A LOT . :stunned: Coherent...sentence...malfunction...:censored: :dead:
  17. Thank. You. This can be said of any band, too, by the way-I think every artist's fanbase goes through this debate at some point.
  18. I would LOVE for this to happen at where I work sometime :D. Yes. That would most certainly make my day. Yesterday some guy came in looking for stuff related to the Netherlands and such, and my co-worker found a book about Amsterdam. So there's another thing to add. Also curious-what's this about Calgary now?
  19. After I'm done saving up for Coldplay, yeah, that'll be my next big splurge to save up for ('cause I'm assuming they won't get around to the States until...what, late this year, early next year (the latter seems more likely)? You'd better believe I'll be on the lookout for dates when that time rolls around. I would be fine with hearing "Feeling Good" again live, myself. But honestly, they could play whatever...if I could just hear "Blackout" live once, I'd be a happy camper. That's my one big request. Would also love "Sing For Absolution" again, too, though.
  20. I wouldn't mind snapping that one up, either. But, yeah, money. If/when I have enough, though, someday, sure, I'll look into getting that.
  21. I'm kinda intrigued to see what would happen between Troy and Britta myself-whether it'd last or not, I don't know, but I am curious. And YES. I'm dying to know what was in that text. I wonder if it'll ever be revealed at any point? In other news, loved this week's episode, and the blanket/pillowfort episode a couple weeks back was absolutely fantastic as well. And next week is the oft-discussed "Law & Order" homage episode. Can't wait to see what happens with that one.
  22. Happy birthday, Tracie :)! Hope you're having a good one! Celine, ooooh, yeah, that's a great moment, isn't it, stumbling across others who like the band like that :D.
  23.  Same goes to PoC's comment, too.
  24. My god, all he needs now is an early 1900s outfit and a moustache to twirl... That's a good one .
  25. You're welcome :D. Haha. Probably. I'd love to see the reaction from the audience if they announced that at a show! So this is all kinds of adorable and I love it.
