Totally not worth making a topic over, but I just thought this was really weird... My friend said to watch the Tyra Banks show today at 4PM, and it was this plus-size model competition thing, and my 8th grade science teacher was one of the contestants and she won... lol. :laugh3: Hahaha, my friends used to make jokes about how freaking huge she was. I'm saving up for a used car and im going to get a loan after i get a few thousand saved up, i can get a good condition mercedes or i can get a cheaper car and save some money to spend on life. I dont know much about cars so does anyone have any suggestions for a good used car? I might spend less and get a decent used car and have more money to spend on doing things, but i cant make my mind up

Do you bother to send Christmas cards, or are they now obsolete due to text messaging, e-cards and IM? If you do still send them or hand them out, how many? Did you send them in the past, but have now stopped? Is it traditional to send them in your country? I've noticed that people aren't anywhere near as into sending cards (of any sort) in Germany as they are in the UK. Card shops don't really exist in their own right. Do you have a different attitude towards birthday cards and cards for other occasions, or not?

I was wondering. do you think it's possible to be a great actress & a singer at the same time. And which female actress/singer do you think has the best acting AND singing talent? I started thinking about this after I found out that Jennifer Landon (daughter of Michael Landon of 'Highway to Heaven', 'Little House on the Prairie', & 'Bonanza' fame) who followed her dad's acting career and really did well in the daytime soap AWS (As the World Turns) went on to launch a singing career. Aghhh! I could kill my brother right now! I was on the road to getting my mum to take me to Melbourne for a Muse concert at the end of January when my brother heard me talking about them and told her that were evil death music and their style was banned from the church in the 14th century!
