^^ i'm a master of back pain and just got one of those huge plastic gymnic balls to sit on at my desk.

it's the best thing i've bought in a long time. you automatically sit with your pelvis in the right position

and you can roll and move around a bit while working at a table.

but you'll need professional help to get the right size for your stature.

Aw yes I have been considering using one of those instead of a chair!
