Or you can do what I do - slice an onion, chop, mix with garlic salt & olive oil, place on bread covered with tomato paste or ketchup, and microwave just enough to cook. Then top with peppers, spinach, more onion, etc. and microwave again just to sizzle it a bit. Then top with cheese, and zap it briefly in the wave. It's quick and cheesy, but it works!;)

Sounds delish!! Unfortunately, I had to go out to get said groceries, so the cold was unavoidable. Really pretty, snowy night out though. )
