just wondering what you think, will coldplay's new cd be more mellow like parachutes or more like a rush of blood to the head or different. i think either way it will be incredible.

i think they're gonna make the record they want to make. i cant wait to see what they're doing next.

it can only get better... I mean.. we saw it with Parachutes.... AROBTTH was a step up.. and all the live gigs... the next album wont dissappoint... I'm sure of it.. I cant wait!

yeah, i definitely wouldn't have predicted the sound 'a rush...' turned out having after i heard 'parachutes'. i thought they would have stayed the soft accoustic/piano route. i definitely think the next album won't be predictable in the least.

I actually posted a question like this on the old Coldplay website's q&a and I got a reply from Debs Wild saying thatit was like neither album but it was still distinctly Coldplay.

 

So...yay, I guess :P

I'd rather it be more like Parachutes than AROBTTH but I kind of see "Rush" as sort of a stepping stone to something better. An awkward in-between stage where they didn't quite know what they were going for. So I've got high hopes for it, whatever it is and whenever it comes out. :D

Theres news of it being feb-mar 2005

well...I think that the new album will be more rock than the rest of recordings..coz in the live tour so many songs sounds with more rockin..

 

but anyway..I believe that they will not miss the soul ,introspective sound of parachutes album, and the madurated sound of AROBTTH...OMG!! I have no idea !! It´s so difficult to predict how It will sound!!..but They will surprise us like always.. :D :smug: :cool:

whatever they produce it will be bigger and better than their first 2 combined, they cant go wrong.
