June 4, 200917 yr yes it was so... different I don't know, much more childish, not like now (the plot etc)
June 4, 200917 yr Yes, definitely. If you read the 6th or 7th book and then read the 1st book, the writing is so so different. The first one seems like a children's book, and the writing in the other books is soooo much more advanced.
June 5, 200917 yr a little bit of a stretch for material, but the soundtrack tracklisting was recently released on amazon, and I find it both interesting and telling about the way the movie will play-out. 1. Opening 2. In Noctem 3. The Story Begins 4. Ginny 5. Snape & the Unbreakable Vow 6. Wizard Wheezes 7. Dumbledore's Speech 8. Living Death 9. Into the Pensieve 10. The Book 11. Ron's Victory 12. Harry & Hermione 13. School! 14. Malfoy's Mission 15. The Slug Party 16. Into the Rushes 17. Farewell Aragog 18. Dumbledore's Foreboding 19. Of Love & War 20. When Ginny Kissed Harry Apparently they will illude to the Harry-Ginny relationship before they even get on the train. And I think Harry & Hermione will most likely be a sentimental piece before or following the whole Repugno scene with Hermione crying by the tower. It also ends sort of abruptly, meaning I don't think there will be a lot of time spent on Dumbledore's funeral and the events following the battle. What do you guys think?
June 6, 200917 yr Can I just say that it's awesome how you find these things and think everything out? Yay Potterfans :nice: You're right, it doesn't look like they'll linger much after Dumbledore's death. I think a main focus of this movie is going to be Harry and Ginny's relationship and the whole Hermione and Ron (and Lavander) fiasco. Plus, it's weird how they're putting Snape's Unbreakable Vow a little later, rather than right after the meeting with the prime minister. I'm sure it'll be great either way, though.
June 6, 200917 yr yeah its weird since it was the second chapter of the book, but is right before wizard wheezes.
June 7, 200917 yr new poster. Man, these are tacky! They honestly all look the same to me! I could make better posters :P
June 7, 200917 yr man! July- Coldplay + Harry Potter! Ahhhhhhhh!!!!!! It's making me want to re-read the book again ahahaha
June 7, 200917 yr ^I know, July is going to be amazing! I have a Coldplay concert, a Death Cab for Cutie concert, and Harry Potter, all within the same week
June 9, 200917 yr Emma Watson becomes new face of Burberry This is London is reporting this morning that the actress who plays Emma Watson has kicked off her first major advertisement campaign with clothing company Burberry: “Having known and admired the lovely Emma Watson for quite some time, she was the obvious choice for this campaign,” said Burberry's creative director, Christopher Bailey. “I wanted the images to represent the rich history and modernity of Burberry while reflecting a quiet beauty, timelessness and strength that is particularly significant today. Emma has a classic beauty, a great character and a modern edge. Her charm, intellect and brilliant sense of fun made the whole shoot feel like a picnic on the Thames.” He added: “I felt Emma would be strong enough to hold the campaign as the only girl, and I loved the idea of her being surrounded by these young, cool British guys.” In other news, Michelle Obama and her daughters will be visiting the potter set today.
June 10, 200917 yr She is extremely pretty, but I think she looks better without that much makeup/eyeliner. And I hope the Obamas had fun on the Potter set!
June 10, 200917 yr no she is perfect :wacky: the first thing I'm gonna do today is go to the closest store and buy burberry clothing no not really :disappointed:
