and so is the book, although the writing is very funny at times, however tragic the content might be, i've already bought the dvd, but i always prefer reading the book before seeing the movie, hope it's as good as the book !

The movie is VERY VERY good vaseofviolets !!

Extremely moving.

I love the book as well.

But I think it's good to actually see the horrific living conditions for yourself, which Frank writes about and we can only use our imagination.

It's includes so much that the film misses out...

It's quite terrifying as far as books go!
