October 26, 200520 yr I think of that line as being ravenous and wild as a pitbull... but 'in time' I interpet it as he is a type of man that takes the opportunity as it it.. he doesn't 'think' about his next move... the way a pitbull is ferocious and wild.. he's just as 'take hold' as the pitbull, but takes the opportunity in time.. did that make sense?? oh its hard to write...
