I am looking forward to this move.. and in part thanks to Dave Holmes.. I think he'll give them the publicity and direction they need without compromising the band's artistic integrity or their musical vision... *fingers crossed*

let's be honest: Coldplay are overpaid, they are not even 30 yet but already multi-millioners...

 

in the big part (IMO) thanks to EMI/Capitol who did a great, worldwide commercial for the X&Y release/pre-release

 

overpaid is too small word for them. for god ske hey have 25 milion punds each and the half of it they've got just from x&y,their lousiest album which is the real projection what happens when you get with the big fishes.that's why i'm afraid for interpol's next album. not to sound like coldplay's . though they might have similar stories, two perfect albums and then...:thinking:

lol I haven't had a chance to listen to the new album yet.. lol but he's all right in my book.. he's no Paul Banks, thats for sure... Paul Banks is pure sex of you ask me.. well, so is Carlos, and Dan, and Sammy........ uh, erm. yeah.. Interpol=sex.

But Interpol's music is decent.

 

If mr Justin could do a proper song than he will be good, but the way i listen to music is the music not the band.
