I have the album and I like it a lot. I would definitely recommend to buy it. It's on for 2 for $30 at HMV right now.

The "Let it die" Record is just beautiful... it's very sad, but also very beautiful and lovely ... Great artist :)

I saw her recently at the Olympic Island show in Toronto with Modest Mouse, Metric, Broken Social Scene and others. She came on stage to play with Broken Social Scene, who I love as well.

There was no rumour about a free show, it WAS free. Feist and Apostle of Hustle played Harbourfront on Canada Day.

 

But the show that I went to was something else, it wasn't free, it was like $45 And it was on June 26th.

I would absolutely recommend getting her album. It's excellent.

 

I did see her at the Jazz Fest. She was incredible. Such an amazing performer. I love her.

 

Oh, and Sarah Harmer was in the audience. She was very cool. :)

she´s an amazing singer!!!! I knew her because my favorite band, the kings of convenience.. and now I become in a fan of her too... I have a little session on toronto´ street with 3 lovely songs... but I haveto take it off of my site because I added other things... anyway, I will try to unpload it here, so you can listen it...
