1. waters of mars... ( When the Doctor is on his way back to the Tardis, and his thoughts are going though his head.. and he just says feck it when he knows they are all gonna die )

2. Jouneys End.. ( When the doctor has to wipe the memory of Donna, it goes from Absoulte humor between the two to total sadness )

3. Domesday ... ( scene of the when Rose gets trapped in the other universe"

I haven't seen all of them, the first episode I ever saw was The Vampires of Venice and then I missed a few weeks and I only remember watching regularly after Vincent And The Doctor or something.

cant remember which one it was exactly but the first episode i saw was an eccleston one. i know it wasnt the first one though.

The first one I actually watched was Dalek with Eccleston.
