Verse 1: All of these memories have just gone to waste, Because they will never be as good as yours, For their description is too low in taste, And none of them are ever the same. These memories, they dwell inside my heart, Not wanting to get out and take a chance, But once I let them out, it'll be like a part, Missing inside my soul. Bridge: I just can't continue on, This pain is just too deep, These scars have been burned already, Inside this wretched disguise. Chorus: I can't do anything anymore, because the memories always interfere, Making me lose my focus with everything around me, Telling me that I'm not good enough for to fulfill anything, Breaking me apart as I try to take one good step. April 12, 200521 yr ok dont laugh i wrote this when i was 10 for a competition for a childrens poetry book and it got in, it was for schools across scotland and kids from all over sent in poems and they all got published in a book, ive got a copy of the book hehehe! some dogs- some dogs are small some are tall some dogs drive you up the wall some dogs bark cos they're afriad of the dark some dogs like to roam in the park some dogs are lovely as they can be i love my dog and he loves me pretty sad i know! :lol:

April 30, 200521 yr Ahhh Pai is in luck, cuz I just found a song I wrote. Its incomplete, I always felt it could be better because it has a nice idea (The sound of it is kinda, subtle, the chorus comes and goes...) and Ive always wanted to re-do it and I might. May 1, 200521 yr Author I wrote this song last year, two days before my grandmother passed away. It was an emotional time for me, and as I sat in my bedroom, looking out from my window and listening to the silence outside, I felt a rush of feelings bursting from within that I can't really describe. I took out my pen, and I just felt like I had to write a poem, which, half a year later, I turned into a song. And here it is. You Cannot Stay It’s silent There are whispers in the air You're moving With the clouds, it’s only fair If you don’t take your time to leave It’s true It’s time to say goodbye. The truth Hurts here deep inside It’s cruel Let the waves drown with the tide It’s you Who has to show now what you hide We’re through It’s time to say goodbye. --- We won’t be here forever It’ll only take a while Whatever we endeavor We’ll make it through and I’ll Be waiting for that chance to say That you will be okay Even if you cannot stay. 2/10/04
