the best steaks are Texas based cattle meats ...juicy and tender.

 

 

 

I once heard that in Ireland or something ... to keep the cattle meat very very tender...they hoist them up on these hook kind of things (while still alive) and keep feeding them ...there till they are ready to kill. And that way, it keeps the meat really really tender.

 

 

I suppost I don't know why I mentioned this...But it came to mind :dozey:
