I was on the phone with a rep, too. Apparently ticketmaster can sell quite a few (25,000? ) tickets at once, so it's like millionth of a second or luck of the draw.

Well, my friend said to see if I can report them. She said with Radiohead, lots of fans reported those eBay touts to w.a.s.t.e. and seems something may have happened. I'm going to read eBay's policy. I mean, those "Philly" seller tickets were listed BEFORE the tix went up for sale???!!
