As for Coldplay being #3.. they've sold more copies of X&Y in its 1st week of release than any other debut this year... (well 2nd next to 50cents 'the Masacare', but its still great!! 737,000 was it??

singles chart over here is always crap anyway, people rush out to get novelty songs, rather than 'proper' ones when given the choice a lot of the time
