He was!! You just have no idea. He's got worse PMS symptoms than I do. And he has them more frequently too...

Aww.. long story, did you see my thread about it? Well, he was having changes of heart for a while, as a result of us fighting all the time, and then he came to terms with it on his own and realized that he doesn't have romantic feelings for me anymore. We fought about stupid things. I know now that I was too close to him, I wasnt independent enough, and I should have been. We should of both given each other space and had kinda separate lives moreso.

 

We are just friends now, we live together so we kinda have to be. We are civil, we are talking about it now, but it's hard because guys just don't want to talk. In the meantime, when we were having fights about breaking up, he went and met up with a female co-worker, he said that they are just friends, but when I poked around a bit more and asked him, he said that there was a slight attraction there, that they like each other's company, etc.

 

I wish more than anything in the world to get back together. But he is not going to say that we are, so that I don't hold onto the hope of something that may never happen. I know that I made mistakes, I would change them completely, but I cant make someone be with me and love me if the feelings are not there. He says that he doesnt want to be in a relationship with anyone right now.. so I know that he won't go jumping into one with her. But he says that if she were to ask him out in 6 months let's say, he may go.

Justine, I am sorry for your situation but it is not good that you two are still living together. For either of you to heal, space is needed. It would be impossible for me to stay with an ex-boyfriend as friends and still live with him. :/

^ Well, I like to have him around, it makes me happy. And we just moved in together on a lease for a year in May.. so it will be some time. And I want to recover and understand what is going on. And he still cares about me and loves me as a friend. I am happy that he is still here.
