i was just listening to the "first listen" in aol. out of curiousity, i decided to listen to the new lindsey lohan song called "confesions of a broken heart". this song clearly rips of the drum beats in "clocks". im aware that she likes them, but geez, does she think that she is ever going to measure up to their quality. is "like comparing fish to a pack of biscuits"!!!!!! :stunned: :stunned: :stunned: :stunned: :stunned:

I don't think it's such a bad deal to steal a drum beat, but a melody line or chords or lyrics...well that's different.

oh! i thought^ you were defending her! coldplay has "stolen" beats, but in a disguised way, plus they admit they have been "influenced" by a beat, which is something different. i dont know if it just me, but it really ticked me off! :angry:
