In this world of rank, rank, rank, I'm not surprised this question was asked. I think there is a way to be a completely dedicated fan and still be objective. That being said, I'm going to have to say that X & Y is not the worst, but just the third greatest.

 

I think it is a beautiful album that I will continue to listen to for a long time, but, for me, there is some missing magic, some faded spark if you will. It is still better than a lot of the shit out there though, by a long shot.

X&Y is just a direction i wasn't expecting, a bit too pop-like for the mass consumerists. thats why Parachutes is so awesome, quite a unique album.

There is no worst album. They're all the best in their own way. I'm not just saying this, but there isn't one song from any of the albums I can't listen to again and again and again without being bored.

i think its worst in regards to production, like its been overproduced, but i still love it, the other albums are more raw and stuff

hmmmmm.....i'll say X&Y. But not the worst one, it's just my least favorite than another ones. maybe because their sound is a litlle bit diferent, and i don't like changes in their sound.

excellent point. and not because i refuse to call one my least favorite...i dont think i could decide...its very true...i like all 3 for different reasons and when im in different moods...but i would like to say a rush of blood to the head is my favorite and i like it for all reasons and in every mood!
