¿Can someone tell why did Coldplay leave out A Message, such an amazing song, specially the lyrics in the end, from their Twisted Logic Tour? Before they even released Fix You I was pretty damn sure it would be a single, now however, it appears that not only will it not be but they don't even play it in their concerts!!! I find it really sad and strange given the fact they performed it wonderfully in the Live AOL Sessions in New York.[/b]

A Message is my 2 fav behind Fix You.. its tragic its not being played anymore.. maybe they'll break it out during the US tour.

They played it for their pre-release gigs but then took it off. I'm sure it'll make a reappearance before '07 closes out.

Yea, I've noticed they kind of stopped playing it. I'd rather have that than low or white shadows. Hopefully they'll play it at my concert.

They even stopped playing Low too.. oh well, Coldplay is too good to dissapoint

That was one of the highest points of my concert back in August. Why would they take that out? They need energetic songs like that to balance their setlist out.

 

:cry: Oh well, I've got 4 and a half months 'til my concert. I'm sure they'll bring it back for me by then. :lol: :P

The only time I remember A Message being played live was back at that MTV Live Leak thing. I think it was LL anyway. That song would be a very welcome addition to their setlist, though.

I love A Message. Its definatly one of my favorites.

yeah i like A Message a lot too.. didnt chris make a big deal about the lyrics being from a hymn or something like that?

 

i dont think all the songs i want them to play at concerts would ever happen unless they played for like 4 hours straight. :stunned: with breaks of course.. i dont want them to get tired :lol:

They played it in Germany (Fuelinger) but it's not in the set list. I quite like their set list though so I don't mind so much! :D

I love A message too :D Is strange because I wasn't that fussed when I first heard it. But when it kicks in it's great! :cool: :D

I think they stopped playing low to make room for talk. They have played a message a lot live. Mostly in the beginning of the first US tour.

nah low and talk have always been played at concerts.. they decided to take out low towards the tail end of the us tour

they switched Low for X&Y/How You See the World. Now Low I do miss..

i'm sure there will be a few surprises in the 2nd leg of the u.s. tour....as much as i love 'a message', hopefully the surprises come from either the first album or b-sides.
