I went to buy some new sticks at guitar center (picked out some 5A's and a pair of rods...) and the guy at the register noticed that I liked Coldplay (he saw the equals sign on my hand [hehe]) and he gave me a $5 discount on what was supposed to be a $20 purchase, just because I like Coldplay. :)

 

not that exciting, but I thought it was cool...

I check out the used CD store back home pretty often, and the guy sort of noticed that I was a Coldplay fan (I bought whatever rare cd's, posters, etc. that they got, and had concert shirts on pretty often.) So he keeps anything special behind the counter for me (Japanese promos, imports, UK exclusive stuff, etc.) Same with Radiohead stuff. It's pretty cool.

that's so cool! the only thing that's happened to me is some girl stopping me in the women's restroom at a paul mccartney concert and telling me she falls asleep to coldplay all the time. i'm hoping she meant it in a good way :confused:

When i was in South Africa a lady i met noticed my Coldplay badges on my bag, and told me she went to school with Chris..... :stunned: from which i proceeded to barracade her with about 100 questions and nearly jump on her.

It was so cool!!! :D

I'm still waiting for someone to ask me about Coldplay since I have the X&Y album sticker on the back on my car. It features the album art and COLDPLAY X&Y. I'm very proud of that little sticker. :D
