So, now that its passed, what did everyone do?

 

I was feeling ill and horrible. I got a taxi into town at 11:30pm, had one drink, brought in the new year. Got a taxi home at 12:15am, hahaha.

 

It was an awful new year for me, I felt so ill and hadnt slept very well the night before. I'm a bit better now though (Before a million people ask me how I'm doing)

I did nothing... absolutely nothing... I went out to look at fireworks, but they were rather boring, not big and colourful

I wanted to do absolutely nothing. gah.

i went to the beach, watched fireworks, got drunk, ate a lot os sushi for free, got wet from the rain and then went home coz my underwear was wet from the rain!!

Stayed in and played pissed board games. Nearly broke the furniture during a charade but that's a story for another night

well, i went outside with my sister and her friend ... we hung out there and watched the fireworks ... the fuckin' thing that still let me freak out: i missed the bloody countdown!!! CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT??!

I just didnt want to be home I guess. I have a funny thing about New Years, I have to start it in a nice mood around people I guess. I had a nice time though.

well, im not sure when was the stroke of midnight either...

suddenly there were fireworks, but it wasnt midnight yet, and then it was all "happy new year" and champagne everywhere!!!

I was a at a party in Basel, was nice to see my old friends again, that I don't see often since I moved away. We had a brilliant time and lots of drinks of course. There was also a firework, we went out to see, but we didnt stay out for a long time, because it was incrediblely cold.

I had to hang out with family for a while and then I went out with my cronies. Didn't do much, though....it was okay. :D

It was pretty sad really... most of my friends got jobs counting merchendise cause they do that every year on December 31st... and I didn't want to. Another friend was going on a trip the next day and couldn't come... well, every one of them seemed to be stuck doing their own thing.

Luckilly one friend got out of this job at arounf 22:30 and she came over, and we made some drinks and made wishes for the next year. And we also looked for charms, potions and all sorts of witchcraft on the net cause we felt like doing something intresting...

So... it was a weird night!

Counting merchandise on NYE... Fun.

went to a beach with views of the city's fireworks. got quite smashed and met many interesting ppl lol... missed most of the midnight fireworks... :sneaky: :uhoh: (twas pissed off afterwards when seeing the images on news... seemed i missed the best bits... :( )

 

then i walked around for hours with a few of my friends that were there, and some other guys i had just met (including my friends bf)... then ended up sleeping at one of the guys houses for like 2 hrs, caught train back home...

 

strang, but cool night...
