Hey, lovely Coldplay-Fans!

 

I have a problem: I'm planning to get me an iPod nano and the Apple people are offering to engrave (for free!) a text in the iPod. Well, I suddenly thought of a Coldplay-lyrics-part and then I thought of one of my favourites: "I'm gonna buy a gun and start a war / If you cann tell me something worth, fighting for"

But the problem is, it's limited to 2x23 characters and my quote unfortunately is too long for it :/

I looked for some other lyric-snippets, but I am very sure, that many users around here are soooooo good into Coldplay (way better than I), that they can tell me the best quote fitting on an iPod. :)

There's just one rule: 2x23 characters maximum (space and other special chars count, too!)

 

I'd be soooo fucking grateful if I'll find the quote-of-choice here, so please, please support me, lovely fellow fans :)

If it was mine (they didnt offer me free engraving :angry: , back in the day :lol: when they 1st came out :rolleyes: ) I would simply get 'X&Y'. I think it would look pretty cool, and not too crowded. :)

But I think this stupid restriction is too much limiting for a proper use of lyrics :/

And somehow I love steph's idea! It's minimalistic but still significant to every coldplay-fan... kind of perfect for a coldplay-loving iPod-owner...

thats ok! Might seem a bit crowded with those anyway. I do like "nobody said it was easy" I like to think of that quote a lot in my life lol :)

 

X&Y is a good one..minimalistic...nice idea :)
