Look for Real Alternative, it's a replacement for real player on your computer, so it plays real player files & videos from the internet, and it comes with media player classic as default [to play the files]

 

So if you hate Real "We will give you this for free, but to get it to work you have to pay us £19.99 a month"Player, get this free software :)

Try downloading the video the again (from another source maybe)
