When they put the video on a colored box will appear. Click on that and it will flip over and start playing. Make sure you adjust the sound, on the main screen click the button at the bottom that looks like two little people. You can adjust sound in there.

At about 5 after, there will be a brand new little blue box on the screen. Click on that and it'll play. :)
