All I can say is those old dancers don't come to mind when I think of that song. It's kind of a dissapointment...I figured after trying to be humorous in "Talk" they would be a little more serious. Nevertheless, it's an OK video.

Yeah, I think we'd all love that. It would rock to have 2 different versions, but i don't think it'll happen. I still think this video is hilarious though. It makes me proud to love a band that has such an amazing sense of humor and originality. :lol:

I think that clip THP is a littel bit funny ... Always when I watch this clip I'm loughing :)

i sincerely hope that this video is this album's version of the nappies, because it really is bad. I know the guys are being different and having fun but the video is just really awful.

I think it does have something to do with the song. Mildred made a thread about this, how the song could be an interpretation of the difficulties of celebrity. I talked about that there.

at first didn't know what to think about video especially since i made the mistake of reading reviews before watching the vid--- i heard negatives all round and then something about two dancer!! Dancers on a coldplay video!!!!

i've watched it a couple of times and find it cringworthy yet hilarious ( personally i find bloodhound gang, Eminem videos more gross) and its a good that the band can totally change their approach.

It may be good and all that but it simply does not fit a song. When you write a song, you've written more than 50% of your videoclip already. When I sing "Let's Talk" I won't start running on some weird planet in Space :S

 

All good and fine with the humour but when you write serious songs, make serious video's.

I didn't like it the 1st time...but after watching it again I really like it...it's very funny, and I love the whole 80's look :cool:. But I dont think it'll ever be one of my faves by a long stretch.
