Well.................all this threads by reilly (shy or outgoing, alone time....)

made me think....about this:

It was alwas like that with me......in my teenage......

when someone of my friends asked if i wanted to visit her.....I ws never pleased with that....it ws always something which was bothersome for me.....same if they wanted to visit me......it was more a problem than fun......

I always liked more to be alone......

the same with if a friend asked if i want to stay over night after a party......I hate that....I lay in bed then, couldn't sleep and my stomach hurt...........strange somehow........

Or is someone here like that too?

I also don#t like to be called on the phone........

oh..........well.........my german teacher told us something which was quite the same.....and this was the only person I've come across with this attitude!

i always enjoyed those hours of talking with my friends in Budapest,we could talk about anything , we just had fun (or we went to see a nice movie, played football...)...since i moved to SUI it's changed,i feel alone sometimes even if i still can talk to them via e-mail,msn and etc.

Oh yeah.......I understand i don' know how it would be if I lived in another place.......and it's not that I don't like them..........I don't know why.....

i have language problems,that;s why i can't communicate with swiss guys/girls,even if i have a russian classmate (what a luck!)...it sucks

well,maybe you don't trust them,dunno

i had around 20-25 friends, but only 6-7 of them were really good and i could do anything for them and i know they would do that as well,i trusted them as they did

Oh ok..............can imagine the thing with the language........but i think with me it changed a bit since I found my real friends 2 years ago......I more like going to them.....but sleeping at their house somehow not.........

I also do not like that much to give a party..........i like to paty but not at my own...

haha i slept twice at my friends' house i think, they did it once at my place i think

i like home parties, much better than to go to a disco...woah

i would prefer to have a party at my friends' place as well

I am a little like that, but its getting better...:)

Bei mir ist das genau umgekehrt

I'm proud of your german, Nik!!! :D

yeah, I don't know if it's weird or not but I'm a lot like that too. I don't like sleeping over at my friends's house, I don't feel comfortable in another person's bed and waking up with someone beside me is just odd. I stay up a long time unable to move because I don't wanna wake anybody up

Oh, and I suck talking on the phone as well :P

I do that too...it feels pretty stupid but it feels odd to get up and walk around in someone else's house. If I'm at a close friend's house I feel a little more confindent though, and I can at least get up and walk around in their room or walk out to the bathroom but if I meet their parents or siblings I hurry back to my bed haha :P

I dont like talking on the phone either...I want to be able to see the person I'm talking too and it just feels odd to talk on the phone sometimes. I dont like calling people either....it's ok to call my friends and family but other that that, no no....I always make my mum do those calls :P

well, maybe everyone has a phase in their lives where they are like that...

I am TERRIFIED of the telephone. I know it's stupid and silly, and I'm actually quite social in person, but I go all quiet on the phone. It's hard for me to even talk to my family members or best friends, I text or email when I can, and I usually ignore the phone unless I know it's going to be really important. :worried2:

I did but I think mainly because me and my friends didn't have much in common. I grew up in a small village and there were like 20 people in my year. I tried to be friends with the people around me but I didn't always feel comfortable around them.

THIS

Right now I can't choose my friends - cause there arn't many people to choose from.

(do I do this THIS-thing to often? )
