Gwyneth just performed on the CMA's .I think she really sang well,but she seemed really nervous..The crowd really liked her,I thought

She was nervous, :)but as an actress to step on a stage with no live experience into the world of Country Fans I was impressed her voice never cracked or faltered:D

She was fantastic! A little bit stiff because she was nervous, but overall you could almost mistake her for a pro.

So CHris wasnt there,right??I really wish he was.

 

I know it's the "we dont go out in public together",but sometimes it's nice to have your spouse with you.She has been to so many of his concerts..Just wishful thinking on my part

If that's the cost of keeping the marriage out of the limelight, then so be it. But I can also see your point, even being in the audience to support her would be nice one in a while.

Good for her. I would have thrown up if I had to do that in front of not just an audience, but an audience full of legit musicians.

She sounds AMAZING. Great voice. Quite impressive, actually! :)

Yea, she did look quite nervous. But she pulled it off amazingly well. I was very impressed.

 

I believe she was playing the guitar for real. She had to learn for the movie.

Her performance was amazing!!! So proud of her!! Singing and playing guitar on those heels, I admire her even more ^^

Wow, I am not a country music fan at all, but she's amazing. What a great performance! She looks absolutely terrified in the first verse, but she doesn't let it affect her voice or playing at all...which is more than we can say for her husband sometimes! :P

 

I thought it was pretty common knowledge that Chris wrote at least that song, if not others for the film, so I think she's just being...cute by acting like that's just a rumor, but correct me if I'm wrong. I don't really know what they think they're achieving by trying to hide it, though. I just find it kind of funny that they've never appeared together in public all these years partially through fear of being seen as "using" each others' fame or propelling each other forward success-wise...and then Chris goes and writes a song(s) specifically for her to sing in her new film :lol:. By that ruler, I think they're allowed to walk in the park together now.
