Jamie Oliver Made Gwyneth Paltrow Eat a Burger on a Roller Coaster

 

 

Jamie Oliver didn't go easy on Gwyneth Paltrow when she taped an upcoming episode of his new TV British show, Jamie And Jimmy's Food Fight Club.

 

The show -- which also stars famous foodie Jimmy Doherty -- premieres Dec. 6 and features the Academy Award winner, 40, pigging out on a burger, fries and a milkshake while riding a roller coaster in Southend Essex, England.

"It's quite a frightening ­roller coaster, and for me, it was horrific -- there was food flying everywhere!" Oliver, 37, tells The Mirror. "Gwyneth told me she trusted me so I probably pushed our friendship about as far as it could go. I think she had a really good time."

 

Oliver added, "She was very graceful, an amazing foodie and a good, good cook."

I don't blame him for forgetting Apple's name, but to then go on and on making a joke of it? This is a child after all. I really can't see either Chris or Gwyneth behave in this way about somebody else's child but maybe I'm old school.

I never cared for Robbie Williams, and now I never will.

 

Just coming in to defend Robbie, he is incredibly self-deprecating, so I don't think he was making fun of Apple's name at all, rather his nervousness/stupidity. Also, he is dyslexic, so I assume that might have played a role in him switching melon and Apple.

 

I just recalled myself some story, It was on youtube but I don't remeber what video and stuff but there was something like Apple was just born and some guy asked Chris how did they named the baby. He said Apple and this guy said something like "hahah funny, and what's the second name? strudle? " because he thought Chris was joking but he was like ' We really called her Apple". ups

 

Yep, that guy was Ron Minogue, Kylie Minogue's dad. The guy telling the story was Kris Smith, Dannii Minogue's ex (and father of her child)

Call the fire brigade! Coldplay's Chris Martin is doing the cooking

Both times the singer tried to cook, the fire brigade had to be called to the house

With his band Coldplay, he regularly sets the pop charts alight. Sadly, it seems Chris Martin does the same in the kitchen.

 

His wife Gwyneth Paltrow has revealed that both times the singer tried to cook her a meal the fire brigade had to be called to their house.

 

The American actress said she does all the cooking at their London home, saying of her husband, whose hits include Yellow and Paradise: ‘He has twice cooked a meal and this is not a joke, both times the fire brigade came. I swear on my life – both times.’

 

Her admission about her British husband is made in new Channel 4 cookery show Jamie And Jimmy’s Food Fight Club, presented by Jamie Oliver and Jimmy Doherty.

 

In an edition to be screened on December 12, Miss Paltrow, 40, who has published her own recipe book and whose films include Shakespeare In Love and the Iron Man series, helps Oliver and Doherty cook for customers at a cafe they have opened on Southend Pier.

 

She is also filmed trying to devour a burger and drink while riding a rollercoaster at the Essex resort, and reveals that 35-year-old Martin’s preferred birthday present – perhaps not surprisingly – would be a survival course.

Gwyneth Paltrow wants a third child

 

Gwyneth Paltrow has admitted she would like to give her children Apple and Moses another sibling.

 

Gwyneth Paltrow wants another baby.

 

The 40-year-old actress - who has children Apple, eight, and six-year-old Moses with Coldplay frontman Chris Martin - is considering planning one final addition to their family, even though she knows it wouldn't be sensible at her age.

 

She said: ''My brain says, 'Oh, I think I'm done, the kids are big now and I don't want to go back to changing diapers'. But a part of me would love to have another. Of course, I'm old now!''

 

The 'Iron Man' star loves being a mother and says she relates to both her children differently, especially since she suffered from bad post-natal depression when Moses was born.

 

Gwyneth explained: '''When Apple was born, she had the hugest blue eyes. I looked into them and she was looking at me, and I felt like, 'You are here to teach me everything'. After Moses was born, I had postpartum depression. It was a difficult time and because of that, I believe I have an extra empathy for him and he for me.''

 

However, the blonde beauty admits she often turns down exciting film roles for the sake of looking after her family because she believes it's a woman duty to make sacrifices for their husband and children. She added to InStyle magazine: ''I look for an interesting supporting part about once a year. That's the most I can manage. Some women can do it and that's fantastic, but I can't. You make choices as a wife and mother, don't you? You can't have it all. I don't care what it looks like.''
