I'm also celebrating a Coldplaying milestone today - I'VE OFFICIALLY BEEN A MEMBER FOR A YEAR! :D

Unlike a few other forums I visit, my life is probably better from Coldplaying. So thanks everyone!

When i saw it first i was like D: WTF!

From 12 to 13 o'clock Danish time, VH1.Denmark played a chart called "Best songs in the 00's" (i.e. from 2000 to today). U2 was no. 8 with A Beautiful Day and no. 2 (highest positioned foreign band) was COLDPLAY's CLOCKS). No. 1 was a Danish artist named Medina.

 

For the time being I think that Coldplay is only being played 1-2 time per day on VH1.Denmark. VH1.Denmark mostly plays VIVA LA VIDA and CLOCKS - my two favourite Coldplay songs - so at least something that these two songs are played. I think that both songs belong to the "Best songs EVER category".

 

Just after midnight from Schleswig-Holstein they played "TALK" - nice to hear that song again - and this afternoon on NDR2 (German) I heard VIVA LA VIDA.

Why are you posting a "very angry2" smiley? When I wrote Medina, I couldn't make out whether no. 1 was Medina's "Kun for mig" or "Velkommen til Medina". But you're right: It was Medina with "Kun for mig". I did not like that song very much, I must admit. Have a nice evening and Sunday.

Too many times repeting itself as you know. Rihanna's Umbrella was no. 7 or 6 - a wonderful video, but I was not fond of the lyrics of that song.

VELKOMMEN TIL MEDINAAAA! It is very hard to avoid those songs if you listen to P3.

Again right 07# Viva La Vida. Medina's "Kun for mig" will most likely end up being the no. 1 song in Denmark this year, and somewhere I read that this Medina song is being played in England and even a hit. Alphabeat's "The Spell" has been on the English single's chart - I think it was a new entry at no. 20 and no. 30 the week after (that was some weeks ago).

I have heard the English one which is called "You And I" or something like that. But I am sure I have heard an English version with L.O.C in it. (Repeating myself, I know)

Coldplay got in the Guinness book of world records for most downloaded album in the UK or something. I was skimming through it at the book store today. When I read it I was like :stunned: When my lil' sister saw it she was like :wreck:

Today the Vitamin String Quartet version of Clocks was playing at the store where I have my music lessons. I was smiling so wide even when my teacher was lecturing me about practice.

coldplay just came to argentina one time, almost 4 years ago, and i didnt go... in 96 days they´re coming and i don´t have the tickets, i wanna die

for that reason i thought a lot of random things that i have to do to go to the concert and they will put my life at risk... but if i go to the concert it doesnt matter at all

Realized a few days ago that I have been on a Coldplay break for about three months, just didn't know. It hasn't been a major break. I have heard some songs. But haven't watched any videos, listened 24/7, been on here, check Coldplay.com every other day like I used to. I still think about them all the time though :nice:

 

Oh and today at my cousins house they all played Coldplay tap tap. And heard a few songs. My cousins friend came and she was singing Viva La Vida. :)
