  • I just wanted to say, after 5 years of being part of the Coldplay fandom, first on Coldplaying, now on Coldplaying, Twitter and other platforms, a wonderful thing happened today: Coldplay followed me

  • I ran away
    I ran away

On this day exactly 5 years ago, a young and innocent person who was just getting really into Coldplay wanted to sign up on a forum called Coldplaying. Faced with the question of what to pick as a use

  • Today exactly 5 years ago, I joined the Coldplaying community and I don't regret that that. To be honest, it's probably one of the best things that have happened in my life! I had never thought I woul

for her birthday in july, my mom got the "rolling stone: cover to cover" thing, which is basically every single page of every single issue of rolling stone magazing from 1967 to 2007 on DVD-ROM. i just got around to installing it on my computer, and it's pretty epic.

the first thing i tried was searching the name "chris martin," and up it comes with 108 articles!. i just read the original review for parachutes back in 2000, and they really loved it :nice:

oooh, i'm going to have some fun with this. when i have more time, i'll even share the wealth! :P

another thing:

my brother has a huge crush on the USA gymnast, shawn johnson. we were plotting over MSN for him to meet her one day (joking, of course), when the conversation turned:

Chelsea says: ok, you think up a plan for me to meet chris martin

Evan says: ok

Evan says: you will tunnel from outisde the studio in.

Evan says: then

Evan says: you get in

Evan says: and you punch paltrow in the throat

Evan says: and boomkaboom

Chelsea says: hahahahahaha

Chelsea says: but i like paltrow

Chelsea says: i dont want to punch her

Evan says: so what are you gunna do?

Evan says: really

Evan says: the fuckers married!

i really need to stop listening to sigur ros and go to bed.

ooohhh you and your brother have the funniest conversation....:) I miss my brother now.he's so far away :(

Me and my fam were in the car going somewhere.. talking about depressing stuff, like my mom's health.. and I was getting frustrated.. but then on the radio Viva La Vida came on.. and although i could barely hear over all the talking.. All of a sudden i felt A LOT better.. and just felt like there was something worth fighting for :)

yaaaaay.

the concert is in two weeks and one day and i'm going with my best friend.

yet there's this guy i have classes with who is really cool and funny and he's a coldplay fan too and he asked for a ticket for his birthday. i don't think he's gonna get one because all tickets are sold out, but it would be so amazing if he joined us. :nice:

spread the coldplay love!

Fix you is definitely not one of my fave songs but it's always nice to hear the song when you're working for 8h45.....

was watching muchmusic earlier today and they brought the top ten music videos,

Viva la Vida was number 1!

wooooo!!! :D

We were at the Munch-museum today, and there was a picture where someone was looking up at the stars, so my sister pointed at it and looked at me and went "look at the stars, look how they shine for you".

And then we kept singing on it the rest of the trip :D.

somehow, the b-side of my VLVOD vinyl busted. it sounds all wonky now and isn't perfectly flat anymore. i have NO idea how this happened, especially since i was away for most of the summer and it was safely in its case, but i'm rather sad :bigcry:

^ Really? ... well, in my live 2003 dvd... the clip of moses doesnt work

...

...

i wonder... how can you have that large signature picture? cuz when i select an image it appears very small  How do you do it?

haha, well my sig pic is TOO big if you ask me, but any smaller and its quality/readability goes down. anyway, i always upload the pic to a website like imageshack and then put the url between image tags URLHERE, and i think you can make them as big as you want :D

i think my record must have gotten a bit melted or something; i just don't know how :bigcry:

I love watching the guys older performances. They look so young and fresh. Chris' curly hair is a bonus. :P

I watched Garden State last night. I forgot what a good song 'Don't Panic' is. So fitting for that movie.

Im reading Harry Potter #7. And there is something like "they were the friends of Death"

And I was like "I dont wanna follow Death and all his friends..."

Ahhh even Harry Potter reminds me of Coldplay. (its starting to be creepy)

I have the opposite problem with Harry Potter. Whenever I hear "those who are dead are not dead, they're just living in my head" in 42 I think of when Dumbledore tells Harry something like 'of course its in your head, Harry, but why would u think it isn't real"

The local news this morning played 'Strawberry Swing' as a transition from commercials! I was pouring milk into my cereal and I heard it and was like 'is that what I think it is...' and I turn around and boom! Haha
