The local news this morning played 'Strawberry Swing' as a transition from commercials! :dance: I was pouring milk into my cereal and I heard it and was like 'is that what I think it is...' and I turn around and boom! Haha

haha, well my sig pic is TOO big if you ask me, but any smaller and its quality/readability goes down. anyway, i always upload the pic to a website like imageshack and then put the url between image tags , and i think you can make them as big as you want :D

I have the opposite problem with Harry Potter. Whenever I hear "those who are dead are not dead, they're just living in my head" in 42 I think of when Dumbledore tells Harry something like 'of course its in your head, Harry, but why would u think it isn't real"

I'm always pointing out to my momhow the number 42 shows up everywhere, on tv, signs, postage stamps etc. just in the past day a girl passed me wearing jersey with the #42 on it. nastia luikin's # in the all around was 412 and my dorm room number is also 412.

It's also one of Hurley's lottery numbers in LOST (not Lost! ha)

yes, mine are all stored like that, in a specially-sized storage box for records. this is why i'm quite confused.

 

though i did leave it on my record player for like 3 days, but really? i don't think that's where it came from. i guess i just have to buy a new one :embarassed:

Well maybe your stylus (needle) is worn or needs cleaning. How do your other vinyls sound?

I was roaming around here, just minding my own business, when all of a sudden I look up at the upper right corner when it says "Welcome CookyMnstr. You Last Visited blah blah..." and see that the "My Mood" thingy appeared. What the?!?!:stunned: It'd disappeared a few months ago, and now it just reappeared LOL. And at first I saw that no one else had a Mood thing, so I thought I was going crazy! But now I see a few people do have it. So...ummm...yeah, in-te-res-ting.:confused:

Just noticed that all the Coldplay albums are the itunes top Alternative album charts. VLV is 1 of course, X&Y is 16, AROBTH is 17 and Parachutes 26.It made me smile.

We had a meet and greet thing at school today and after we made our grand entrance as, lol, SENIORS, the first song they played was VIVA LA VIDA!

 

Lol, I threw my hands up and started jumping around--"MY GOD I LOVE THIS SONG!" and I saw a few friends of mine dancing a bit as well, and another friend I have that's a fairly big Coldplay fan that saw CP on their opening date in LA like me was jumping like crazy saying "VIVA LA VIDDAA!" and I high-fived her and we started singing the first verse... :laugh3:

I was at Applebee's the other day and they played Strawberry Swing outside! I didn't expect it from Applebee's, but it was great!

i was just listening to "sympathy for the devil" by the rolling stones, and all the sudden i was thinking of how good coldplay could cover it! :D

"Wild Horses" would be hot, too, imo

A second ago I distantly heard what I thought was LIT in the distance. I opened the door and lo' and behold the intro was coming from one of rooms bordering my dorm room. Only the riff kept going an extra bar which is when I realized it "the escapist"! Naturally that must mean the guy is a more than casual coldplay listener to have that track separated. Now he's playing Viva la Vida.

Go talk to him. Tell him to come here :P

VERY weird thing happened to me 5 minutes ago.I'm sitting outside reading, listening Lovers in Japan and I start hearing these weird noises...well not weird, just familiar..somehow...turns out two people were having sex in the nice little back street behind my flat...The girl was not being particularly quiet :) I don't think they realized EVERYONE who has a window on the backyards and backstreet could see and hear them....And it happened while listening to Coldplay :)
