I was just at a bookstore and I heard the original version of "have yourself a merry little chrismas" which made me think of Chris' version.

My friend asked for all the Coldplay b-sides and other non album songs that I have on a mix tape for Christmas. :D

She's a member of this site too (Rocker in front) but she doesn't come around that often anymore. OMG. You'd be surprised how long it took to convert her. She's a stubborn one! She's was one of those people who thought Coldplay was kind of gay. :dozey:

I would be so frickin happy if my best friend liked coldplay as much as I do. I've been trying to convert her as well.... but she's a tough one, she likes all the new pop crap. She thinks coldplay's okay though so thats a start!!

My friend and I have finally set the date for our Coldplay Day - this Thursday! I just got off the phone with her, we had an entire convo about them...

 

There is this quiz show on late TV on one of the channels here, called Quizmania. and the other night you had to think of things that started with "cold" so there were things there like 'cold turkey', 'cold shoulder' etc... and the whole time i watched it i'm like "coldplay, coldplay, coldPLAY!" and then this guy finally calls up with 'coldplay' but it wasn't there. the host lady was like "coldplay, that's a good one. let's see, is chris martin there?" and then it wasnt and the caller went and she was like "seriously, does anyone actually know the names of the other members of coldplay?" and i'm sitting there going I DO!

 

but it kinda irritates me that people only know of chris... lol i tried conquering that by showing one of my friends pictures of each individual band member, and then said friend admitted that jonny was pretty good looking.

 

EDIT: wow! there is this game show on in the background and the host asked some question about starfish and i automatically thought of the coldplay original band name...

Any how, hes always trying to tell me about how much better Metallica is, blah blaj flajlf, anyhow, i always ignore him but latley everything that comes out of his mouth is Coldplay sux, wahh coldplay sux coldplaysux...

 

WAIT: LMAO, Im listening to the old Coldplayer and 50 Cent came on, and I started rapping the whole thing, haha, when I was a freshman, I was ghetto, and was in love with G-Unit. o god..:laugh4: "Girrrrrrllll, would you still have love for me girlll?" haha. Oh god. :laugh4:

 

 

Ok.. so back to the Coldplay vs. Metallica ..

My dad got tired of us trying to argue who is better, so my dad did a google fight, and of course metallica wins, they have been around 30 years, so my brother started laughing with his hahah shit " i told you metalllicas better,haha"

I was about to blow up. "Of fucking course they have had more webhits, Coldplays only been around since like 99' or 00.

In Spanish class my Spanish teacher told the class how she has played the piano for 20 years. And one of the kids in my class asked her if she headbanged when she played, and that reminded me of how Chris would play the piano. :laugh3:

I havnt listened to the guys for ages now.. started back again today, i almost forgot how fucking amazing Coldplay are!

OMG. Today went by fast. We used X&Y in Geometry and...I had another Random thought but I forgot...

Oh yeah! On the the local news there's this reporter named Sam Champion. OH! and in Geometry there's this thereom CPCTC and the kids made up something to remember it. Cold Pizza Can Taste Crappy. I use: Cold Play Creates Tasteful Crap. I didn't know what else to put for the last C. :laugh3:

It's a 9th/10th grade subject and it's me and three other 10th graders and 15 ninth graders.

>.< God, I hate that class. I'm not so good at math, I had to take Algebra twice >.<, But I have an A in Geom! yay...

Math always reminds me about coldplay with all those formulas with X&Y and so does Chemistry. Speed of sound and etc...

Listen to some Radiohead.... I find it to be really good when you are kind of tired of listening to Coldplay every day.

Ok, I really, really need to go do my hw, but I forgot to tell you guys this!!!

OK, so my friend Ashley comes up to me today and says, "Hey my mom had the radio on Christams music today in the car, and this song came on and I thought 'his voice is slightly annoying!' and I look down to where it would say the song name and it said 'Coldplay'!!!!!!"

sometimes, if im really bored or something and im reading a catalogue or whatever, i'll start to (sometimes unintentionally) look out for anything to do with coldplay - font type, names, anything... it can be annoying sometimes but it's like i just can't control it!

OK, so last night I was watching this Christmas movie on NBC I think... Christmas without Santa, or something like that where John Goodman was Santa and Delta Burke was Mrs. Claus and Chris Kattan from SNL was Sparky the Elf. And alot of other actors in it. It was really hilarious! OK, so anyway, there were two villans, Heat Mizer and Cold Mizer (don't ask, you'd had to watch this!) They were in a fighting match in a ring and the announcer announces each of them like wrestlers announcer. So he yells "Cold Mizer! He brought the Cold Back with COLDPLAY!" Now, I know I am recovering from surgery and taking some good drugs, but this freaked me out! COLDPLAY! :shocked2: Wow, how cool to be named in this crazy Christmas movie... didn't expect that one! Hey, am I crazy or did anyone watch this this movie last night?
