So today's subject in Geoligy was oceans and costs...and pretty much every nautical reference ever made in a Coldplay song came up, though I ended up with Crest of Waves stuck in my head afterward. Even "floating on a tidal wave" got mentioned!

Was flipping channels just now and landed on Vh1 where they were doing the UK Music Hall of Fame and they were inducting George Martin who's a music producer and there were some testimonials and who should appear on screen but Chris Martin himself. I nearly jumped out of my skin at the sight of him!

today on the news there was something about cars and a representative from honda's name is Chris Martin.

 

last night was my year 12 formal (so it was the last time im ever really going to see ppl from my year) and there was no coldplay played! :( a bit later in the night two of my friends went to see wat songs the dj had and they came back and one of them is like "they had heaps of coldplay" and i SO wanted to request one but i was scared of ppl being all like "whats this poo" you kno? so i went without coldplay, unfortunately.... nice night tho!

^I know what that's like to be sick of people hating coldplay. Like I was watching Craig Ferguson on TV last night and he was talking about how iPods have been banned in North Korea and he said the only thing that Kim Jong Il would listen to would be "My Humps" and "anything by Coldpray" saying Coldplay with a weird accent. And later he mentioned Kim Jong Il's son and a fake picture flashed on screen of his son wearing a red "Coldpray" shirt. I'm not sure if I'm offended or not. A few months ago Craig was also talking about Grey's Anatomy and how it's a great hospital because they're always playing Coldplay. He then did an impression of Chris singing by having a concerned look on his face and then whining very loudly and saying yellow. Craig also thinks Coldplay doesn't have a drummer. Craig makes me mad sometimes.

That's too bad, because Craig Ferguson is a funny guy.

I don't mind people making fun of Coldplay so much anymore.. I'll just keep the love of them to myself. If they don't like it, they can sod off

oh, anyway, I was walking to dinner last night (for like half an hour and it was about 20 degrees out).

moving on, we were almost there and it was FREEZING, you know, and we were like "ughh we're so close" and we passed a bar that was playing "Fix You" and I was like 'yes!' and it got me the rest of the way there ;)

Ugh, I'm sick! I woke up at 4 this morning and i watched the Food Network. Some guy said something about putting the blender on "High Speed"...

OH! I made my dad go to the store to get me some medicine at 4 and he came back with two medicines and my mom goes, "Well, neither is good..." or something like that and his face was EXACTLY like this: :dozey: - it was so weird, I thought of this forum...

I posted something I think 2 weeks ago about hearing Speed Of Sound at work. So anyways last weekend on the fri, because I was off school but at work, they had Trouble on the Work music thing. I could not believe it. So I worked the next day and was waiting for them to play another Coldplay song, but they sadly did not. So the next day after that Sunday, I was getting in the car leaving work and Clocks was on the radio. So so far 3 out 4 days in a row, I have heard a Coldplay song at work. I hope there will be one on this Sat:)

You're really right about Coldplay being able to be related to everything. It's like when they wright the songs they think "What does everyone in the world see on a daily basis, and what does it rhyme with?"

i had this big coldplay thing i was going to write about but i can't for the life of me remember what it was....

 

anyway, the other day my sister was driving me somewhere and she mentioned something about the sun and so i sat there trying to think of a way to slip in something about Sleeping Sun but i couldn't really think of anything so i just agreed and settled with singing the song under my breath.

I finally saw Chris on the UK Hall of Fame... yay!

Oh, and this is kind of gross but hey, it's about Coldplay!:
