Ok, so we've all heard the 40-year old Virgin joke a million times, right? :dozey: Well, my friend told me that last night her dad put a little spin to it.

Ok, she told me that her and her family went out for pizza last night and at the restaurant they had music playing. She tells me that they played Scissor Sisters and she was like, "Oh wow! What are they going to play next???" and then Speed of Sound came on. She doesn't like Coldplay but she told me she was singing along (it's my fault she knows the lyrics :P ) and her dad goes:

"You wanna know how I know you're gay???"

Friend: "I like to Coldplay." :dozey:

Her dad: "No, because you know all the words to that song!"

 

I cracked up when she told me! :laugh3: Haha, once again, me liking Coldplay has gotten someone else in trouble...

I HAVE THE TORONTO CONCERT :D

i had my coldplay day today with my friend! it was excellent, but we didnt get to finish it because i had to go home before all the traffic! but we plan to meet up again soon to finish it. it was awesome though... we watched the video she's got of the concert we went to (she didn't get to tape it all coz the ppl told her she couldn't anymore and she had to put her video camera away) and it was just so great, it refreshed my memory about it and reminded me that i actually saw them live! and watching chris' dance moves were fun! theyre so random! such a great day...

well...today i played coldplay's 2003 dvd again at night. when the song came to In My Place, I jumped the song to life is for living. my father asked me"why you ignored that great song(in my place)?" and this is first time my dad said something good about their music...i am so surprised.:)

speed of sound came on the radio just as i started downloading the toronto show off my computer:heart: :heart: :heart:

^I haven't heard any coldplay on the radio for such a long time!!!!

Ug, I never catch Coldplay on t.v! My friend who was singing S.o.S (I'm sure her dad was joking, Anna) saw the Fix You vid on t.v. before school Thursday! How come the people who don't like Coldplay get to see them and I'm stuck watching the Fergilicious video???

Yeah its not fair!! We who actually want to see the CP vids don't see them and the people who don't want to see them do!!

hahahahahaha I always turn back when my math teacher says "x and y" I see my friens...sitting next to me...and we laugh...and then when my geo teacher mentions Haiti..I always remember when Chris was there..and he danced..SO FUNNY!!! ..well then I start to lauhg ALONE in the classroom..and my teacher looks me..and tell me to SHUT UP...But i just Can´t!!!..Sorry..I know I have a problem..

yesterday on Kath & Kim, Kim was talking about going on a diet of some sort and different celebrity diets, then Kath is like "You know, Gwen Paltrow's had an apple" Kim is like "Really" then Kath goes "Not really, but she named her baby Apple... and it looks like that's all she's been eating since, too" or soemthing like that. I was pretty surprised that she came up in their convo...

Today I was watching the "Making The Band" reruns. It was the one where they go to this radio convention and talk to Dj's from different stations all over the U.S. All the Djs kept asking them what the name Danity Kane meant and they said it had no real meaning. And in the confession room one of them goes, "Come on guys-take it as is! It has no real meaning! Do you know what *such and such* means? No. You know what Coldplay means. No? You know what Hoobastank means? No!" It caught me off gaurd, it was really random.

Today I was watching VH1 and they had ALTV (Weird Al Show) on, and it showed the polkarama thing with Coldplay in it.

NOOO! On Vh1 they had Top 40 Songs of 2006 and I only caught the top 5. Does anyone know if Coldplay was on it???

Aww I only saw the 2nd half of it...and I was wondering if Coldplay as on there as well. But Pussycat Dolls! WTF??? I thought it'd AT LEAST be Justin Timberlake! ARGH!

Now iTunes is acting up again. For people who use it, they'll know what I'm talking about. Most of the Coldplay songs I got from the MM section here have a (!) next to them, so now I'm trying to fix that. I'd hate to Lose "Only Superstition"!!! :o It's one of my favorites...

I hate iTunes, sometimes it will infect and freeze up my computer, and never does what you tell it to.

Then when it does, it takes 4 years to load, and I have a really fast computer!

I hate it sometimes.

I got a laptop :D -but before I had to use or Computer that we got in '99. So Itunes was INCREDIBLY SLOOOOOW. It's still slow on this computer. Now I'm sitting here trying redownload everything from here....

Im abouta hava laptop in a few days :D
