We'll my mum's watching CSI and 'Where is my Boy' started playing with Chris' vocals... pretty cool and unexpected that a show's executives would have known about this song...it's always Clocks, The Scientist, Fix You, and CLOCKS !!

I did an art project for Art at school, and drew Chris, and I did it perfectly, not to sound concieted, but I NEVERRRR draw good, but it was almost flawless.

Anyhow, I got the project back yesterday, and on the back I got an A+

and it said "Great job Amanda, WHAT A MAN!!!"

Today in History we were talking about Gothic Cathedrals and it reminded me of X&Y because it sounds like it was recorded in a HUGE room, don't you think? And I burned one of my friends a mix tape with the Nappies on it and she said it's the best song ever! Hahaha, :P "I ain't no baddy, I ain't no baddy..."

i'm so contented today... AROBTTH album for some reason won't play in my cd player but today i'm playing it on the computer after weeks of frustration with said cd player... and i'll be picking up my coldplay merchandise from the post office today!! yay! it only took it a month...lol... i hope the top fits me!

Gosh darn it, it turns out it was a package for my dad... I thought it was for me! coz i got this card thingy in the mailbox saying there was a package ready to be picked up at the post office and in the place where they are meant to write down the persons name, they only wrote my last name... so i went there and it turns out it's a package for my dad. SO DISAPPOINTED! It's been more than a month! How long does it take?? Gosh...

i know, don't you just feel sorry for me? but i guess as long as i get it before christmas I'll be fine... it's just taking so loooong! ah well... it's no cause for concern lol

Ah yes! VICTORY! My internet is working now! All I was thinking about was this place. I don't want to miss anything.

Well, the other day two of my friends and I were in Drivers Ed and we were gossiping and talking about girly things :rolleyes: . Then we all whipped out our iPods and started sharing music. Then I start talking about Coldplay, and well, you know how that goes...then my friend Kelly says, "That's like her only flaw! Really! She's not mean, she doesn't have bad fashion taste, she just listens to Coldplay!!!" and then she said something else but I started to tune out- I don't want to hear that mess. :dozey: And today at lunch I say, "Kelly, you always hear me go on and on about Coldplay, you can talk about Thursday (her favorite band) too! Let it all out." And she goes, "I can't go on for hours about them. :dozey: " Oh, burn...

today we were all in the student center at my school at a very busy time. theres always some sort of music playing, but during labs period there are so many people in there that you can hardly tell that theres music playing. but suddenly today i stopped in midsentence and was like "I--HEAR--COLDPLAY!!" even though i wasnt aware there was music on to begin with! someone turned on "yellow" on whoever's ipod was hooked up to our stereo and it made me sooooo happy, because during times when lots of people are in the student center its usually gangsta rap or those annoying pop songs everyone knows. and the best part was...no one changed the music for an HOUR!! all songs by coldplay that were on the ipod played straight through without ANYONE changing the music every 5 secs like usually happens. later, when less people were there, "fix you" came on and a bunch of people were like "ooh i love this song" and all sang along. and during "the scientist" lots of people whistled the "ooh oooooooh" parts. it made me so happy.

 

was listening to green eyes during this coldplay party and thinking about my best friend who the song reminded me of. later on today, he got into his top choice college and it was like a huge party at school, he was crying and everything, and watching him cry made me think of green eyes, and its been stuck in my head ever since.

i hear from my top choice WITHIN THE NEXT WEEK. im basically creaming my jeans. every time i hear the line "where i wanted to go" in clocks, i basically freak. oyyyy vey.

 

saw shaun of the dead was on earlier tonight. ive never seen it before so i turned it on to see if i could see the part with chris and jonny, but it was the end. but in the end, the girl's flipping through the channels, and chris and jonny are there for like a SECOND, so that made me really happy.

 

stephen colbert talked about gwyneth for like 5 mins yesterday night on his show. i didnt understand the joke, but i thought it was cool.

 

i feel like theres so much more random crap i wanted to say, but college is taking up waaay too much space in my brain right now. ughhhhh

oh oh, ive been listening to christmas music a lot lately to get me in the mood, and chris singing "have yourself a merry little christmas" makes me melt its soo amazing. i cried a few nights ago. that and his version of "2000 miles" make me so happy, he has the perfect christmas music voice.

argh i love him.

 

question: did the episode of Extras with chris on already air? xmas break is coming up, so i want to see if i can catch it if itll be on

Chris made a weird cameo appearance in my dream last night. :laugh4: I guess I was watching one of those E! shows like "101 Most Shocking blah blah" and he was on it. They'd unearthed some crazy clip of Chris back in the Parachutes days going nuts at the fans, yelling about something, his eyes were like popping out if their sockets. :laugh4:

 

I miss my nightly Coldplay dreams...

thanks! i like it too, i was just bored one day and found that leafy brush in photoshop and really liked it. i wish i could get it bigger though.

 

had a dream about college acceptances last night. i got deferred from my top choice, and somehow i was on that campus and chris martin was there, he handed me the letter, and my best friend was too. it was a somewhat cameo appearance, but still.
