This isnt another forum-diss thread, its just I have this weird feeling lately where I dont care, at all, what happens on here. Its also not a thread about me leaving.

 

Even when I find the topics boring and such, I'll usually still try and come on and make it better. Or when I'm thinking about something in my life lately, it feels good to come on here and post about it, but lately, I dont really feel like talking about my opinions anymore.

 

The point of the whole topic:

 

Does anyone else feel like this?

 

To re-iterate, Im not just talking about the forum being boring, but when you no longer want to post on here regardless of how interesting it is. Even if I found the forum kinda fun and exciting right now, I still dont think I'd come on as often.

 

This isnt an "Im leaving" thread because Ive left for long periods of time before without saying anything, thats just my style. I do plan on still coming on here, but only for 5 mins before I go to bed usually after doing schoolwork.

Yeah you get my point exactly, even when it seems fun to post on here, I dont really feel like getting in on the fun, I'll just sortof sit back.

I really try and scour for interesting topics. Then, if I don't find any, I venture into the topics that I might not care about but just want to interact with people. But now... I don't know, I just don't feel like it. It's like it's not as fun for me or something.

ahh kinda miss the times when i was sooo addicted to this place but i guess its like music, you go totally crazy about it when u first get into it but then nothing really excites ya anymore, no matter how good it is or maybe its just me haha :wacko:

I feel that way a lot too. I've been here since october 05, and I only have 800 posts. Some people have been here since December 05 and have a couple 1000 posts. I just dont feel the need to post unless I actually have something to say, and actually think someone is listening. Lately I've been bored here because coldplay stopped touring and there hasnt been any real big coldplay news. I posted a lot during the talk tour. Now, I try when I can.

I have been having the same feelings myself. I come and read alot but dont post half as much as I used to. Life is getting in the way of being here. I am sure it is just a phase but I hope that there will be some sort of rejuvenation soon. I notice that when shows or releases are coming up it is of course more exciting a place to be, there is a sort of buzz, but when there is nothing to look forward to for who knows how long it's just kind of blah.

well on the front page there are like 6 or 7 if you include the coldplay section nameish threads I have to admit it seems like that's a lot less than when I started posting here. and I actually kinda sort of thought they were quite interesting.. but I also feel like people I used to really love talking to have left... I mean like christi and gail and even mary and rick and andrea seem to post less than they did :(
