+ great song, lyrics are fab

- tune's a bit repetative

Ode To Deodorant

+love the end bit "would i ever let you down, no way", and a pretty decent first song

-ummm...deodorant? i think they could have done a better job with the lyrics

(i hate how my minuses are always lyrics. i think theyre some of the most brilliant lyricists ever! i guess its just the songs...)

careful where you stand

+ great intro & lyrics & tune & so on

- none; believe it or not ... ok, maybe a teensy-weensy repetative

Politik

+ great one which they could just bash out, and actually meaning something to do with 9/11 so very emotional

- umm i love it all!

Moses

+it was written for Gwyneth and the lyric

- the no studio version!

Yellow

+ great guitar intro

- overplayed

Only Superstition

+everything, the instruments and the lyrics

-in chours chris is singing very high

i ran away

+ everything fits very very great

- not played live :(

Spies

+Great lyrics, great feeling, great guitars, great song ;)

-I don't like the way Chris is singing "water" :laugh3: and maybe it's a little to slow if you're not in the right moode for it.

Murder

+i love the originality and strangeness of it...and how its pretty atypical of them. the music is great! (yet creepy)

-its a dark subject matter, which isnt really them.

your love means everything (yes, i know they didnt write it, but i LOVE LOVE LOVE this song.)

+ lyrics and melodie are great

- the background-"music" is not appropriate (my meaning)

Bigger Stronger?

+i love the chours esp, and the instruments are good

-somehow i don't like ending of it...

sleeping sun

+ instrumentation is great!

- too short :(

One I Love?

+ sounds great in the DVD

- isn't included in any studio records...

Shiver

+ great anthem, really uplifting

- lyrics are kind of naive in my eyes

Ladder to the Sun

+ greaaaaaaaaaaat!!!

- there is no minus!

low

+love the end "i feel low" part and the wine-glass playing

-i find the first half a bit...unoriginal and somewhat similar to other songs on the album

clocks

@ REManic: One I Love is a studio b-side to In my Place!

+ piano bit

- the end is a little bit boring

Amsterdam

+EVERYTHING! One of the absolutely best Coldplaysongs!

-Nothing...

A Message

+very nice message (har har har), pretty good lyrics, and chris wrote it naked, apparently!

-chris definitely had a cold when he recorded it: he sounds all stuffy. but thats also kinda cute....i dunno, i just dont find it that interesting

yellow (piano version)

+ the pianos

- hm... I like the studio version more - whyever...

Brothers And Sisters (b-side to trouble)

+I like the bass and drums and guitars...

-I think they wanted to write a song with meaning but I don't think they made it as good as it could be.. I mean "brothers and sisters unite... spread love around" that's good but "stay down... no sound" those parts could be better.

So what about

A whisper?

+cool original type song, i dont think its as bad as a lot of people say

- the lyrics dont make any sense, and theyre kind of incomprehensible. and its not a very coldplayish song.

the world turned upside down

+ Lovely lyrics at a punchy tempo...

- Not really appreciated enough
