After the end of the TL Tour in July maybe?

They're dispersed throughout the tour. Supposedly they already have alot written.

There is a HUGE difference between writing and recording!

They've written alot, but their managment said that they record between gigs, or something. There's an article about it. Sorry about being vague. :)

yes i really hope that is the case!....its good if they already have the basics done ...not working from stratch after the tour

i do think they have some things or some ideas but still nothing particular.

after this tour is going to be a very long long break , i have a hunch.

and you should add a long time to have a clue WHAT to do next, since they revealed it's gonna be experimental, and that's really really wide explenation.

The band plans to start recording the fourth album by the end of this year. Bassist Guy Berryman recently announced: "We hope to have something together by January. We're going to make sure with our new album that everyone remembers why Coldplay are one of the best bands in the world."

it's been mentioned several times that Chris might co-work with some artists like Embrace, Timbaland or Kanye West, so they might recording something together as well

i dont think there will be much of a break... chris made the comment in an interview i heard about a month ago that "weve been together for over ten years and weve only released 3 albums...."

Guy's having his baby in the autumn so I reakon that they'll start a little while after it's born. I guess he's got to have some time off after the birth, lke the other boys got. But I'm sure they'll have started by the end of the year... hope so!!! :)

^ Yeah, I agree. The fact that already 3 of them will have babies at that time means that they'll try to arrange the free time as good as they can.
