Yeah, it sucks and we always want more. But relax. The guys have written, recorded and filmed so much over the last six years that there will always be more. I really want this DVD...like I said, I was there...but if it's televised, everyone can enjoy it. DON'T PANIC!!! Sorry if that sounded preachy...it wasn't meant to...it just seems to happen alot...

It seems that if a DVD was coming later this year or even next year, Debs would say so directly since there would be no negative reaction to that news, only smiles. But, you are right, I have to admit that there certainly is no clear official announcement either way and no clear reason to be upset. But, I'm starting to wonder if we'll ever get any more than "the Toronto footage will be televised." If there won't be a DVD, will they really announce that or just avoid the issue?? At any rate, I think that blaming fans for not understanding what exactly Coldplay's management is trying to say is unfair, when it is Coldplay's management that is quite obviously being very vague about the release of a DVD. Sorry if I've offended you, I don't mean to panic anyone at all, only discuss my frustration, and I'll shut up about this matter now. because obviously nothing is going to change. I'm not blaming fans either...artist management is a pain, even when they represent the most well-meaning of bands. It's just that we all...myself included, seem to react en masse when there's a delay. It's a free board, and I wqasn't chewing out anyone for starting a thread to ask a question. Remember when Chris said it could be 20-50 years before a new album? The fan-base went nuts and took it seriously...lol...that's what I meant. We do it alot. We love them and don't want them to go away because they mean so much to us. FIngers crossed for a DVD. And a bit of trivia: REM's entire live DVD was fully televised and then released so you never know. Cheers!
