- any band that tries to rock but just fails miserably and has nothing to show for it but a fake attitude and bad haircuts (this includes Creed, Nickelback, etc., Incubus, Hoobastank, etc., Good Charlotte, New Found Glory, etc.)

- Strokes, Vines, etc. (doing what the kinks and stones did 35 years ago and being called revolutionaries for some reason)

 

i guess you could sum it up and say any rock music that you see on mtv and all that except for radiohead and coldplay. oddly enough modern pop music (n sync, etc) doesn't really bother me, because they're not trying to be anything other than bubble gum pop.

 

gosh this post makes me sound like i hate everything. honestly i don't! other than what i just listed, i'm game for anything.
