Okay ppl, we all know that oasis comes up with the best quotes ever, so i thought it would be a nice idea to ask you...

"What are your fav liam or noel quotes?"

Some of my favs:

"We're not arrogant, we just belive we're the best band in the world." -Noel

"Sure I love Liam, but not as much as I love Pot Noodles." -Noel

"If your fuckin good your good, if your shit your shit." -Liam

"I still love George Harrison as a songwriter in the Beatles, but as a person he's a fucking nipple. And if I ever meet him I'll fucking tell him. And if you're watching, NIP-PLE!" - Liam

Yea, i've been lookig for em like crazy too.

and then i found this wicked italian messageboard and they posted these links there. And probably they'll post the links to the missing songs when they get em. Man, i wonder if the new songs are good.

But back to the glastonbury topic.. Oasis were really good, as usual. My favourites songs were champagne supernova, stop crying your heart out and my generation.

and oh, the mp3s quality is great too, you'll love em, ryan.

I missed it on TV (I was in the pub), but I've download the first two mp3's now, and... to be honest, I have to say so I'm not impressed so far. From just listening to it, it seems like they're just not bothered about performing anymore, and they get no enjoyment out of playing a gig.

As much as I love Oasis (and I do), I think their last great gig was at Finsbury Park 2 years ago (I was there on the Saturday and it was great). Even then, it wasn't anywhere near as good as any of their gigs before 2000 (compare their Wembley Stadium gig to Maine Road or Knebworth Park). They've really gone downhill over the last few years - the songs are as great as ever, but the way they play on stage is dull and lifeless nowadays.

Anyway, I'll download the rest of the gig. Hopefully they redeemed themselves as the set went on.

Yea, i totally agree.

But the gig gets way better when they play stop crying your heart out and little by little. And oh, the the who cover in the end was awesome too.

Not the best oasis gig ever, but really good anyways.
