11 looks good so far. I'm tempted to put it on my freind's computer while she's away. I doubt she'd even know the dif,lol.

I don't know for sure, but I thought it had some vista-only features to encourage people to switch ti Vista.

Not necessarily... I`m using the free version (the skins are free too) and it is OK. There is nothing to complain about. What do you mean by "good use" ?

Decent CD ripping speed, into a good bitrate. Decent burning speed.

wmp 11 rocks. I don't know if it has extra features on vista, but it's made to have the vista look. I think microsoft products have greatly improved recently. specially ie 7

Has anyone heard of Widows Media Player?? Is it some sort of special program for widows? :confused:???

It's the media player which comes bundled with XP, apart in some countries where you don't get it because for some reason the people behind Real player think if you have the choice between the free windows media player and their 20 quid a month media player you will go for the 20 quid a month player :rolleyes:

Vista is already released now in my country.. and i have seen in every store which there are Windows Vista's products... but its fake :(. although, i like the media player.. and also the design....
