Hehe Jules, that's kinda amusing. I hope you didn't put AROBTTH on the first line

Excuse Me..where did that ass post such a stupid post?

what the hell did marek mean with lps by the way?

well I'm afraid I put AROBTTH on the first place because it was the first that came to my mind I guess....:uhoh:

sorry Nik.....1000 sorrys/sorries....however.....so we have to believe AROBTTH is my favourite album of all time although it isn't...:nice:

wha kill me for that...haha

So OKC wins...

@Nik: ah man, sorry about that Radiohead silly comment earlier.

there's nothing to be sorry about ;) it's your opinion. i just didn't really understand why you celebrated that Radiohead didn't win. i mean, it's a Coldplay messageboard. any other result would be a huge surprise

Marek mentioned that on the page no.29 lol

Marek was on fire today, by the way. I'm starting to feel he's just being a smartass who's having fun by posting such comments... lol.

he dislikes Beatles, that's well-known.it;s his opinion, fine, but i think he should have expected the backlash he got... i mean it's THE FUCKING BEATLES after all. their fanbase is huge, even on coldplaying

Marek? :uhoh: no way... ill be permenantly traumalized if it was true

what the hell did marek mean with lps by the way?

Lp's....

And ive gotta thank Areej for txting me those results, i nearly jumped from the seat when i read that Takk is on 12. too bad Agaetis Byrjun only made it to 21 :\

The point is that I don't believe he dislikes The Beatles or something. Not because it's impossible to dislike The Beatles (though isn't it?), but because it's Marek, he says such things maybe just to seem cool and unique and you know, enlightened. He says things like that about Radiohead too, but the next day he forgets about that and starts saying Thom Yorke is his man lol. It's just the way he is - making the image he's such a pro in music lol. But he sounds ridiculous.

I might be wrong though.

I'd like to meet someone who really doesn't like The beatles at all though.

that was a big let down for me actually, not the 21st place, but the fact that ( ) and Takk finished further. i mean: NO WAY!

but i gotta say, Sigur Ros did quite well in this poll. 3 albums in the top 21. didn't expect that to be honest

i was amazed that it even made the 21th spot.. same with ( ). didnt know there were that many people who liked them here. t'was good to see though

you are all welcome :)

i'd also like to thank all those people who submitted their lists, i know it wasn't easy compiling them, but i think it was worth ;)

next year - more lists - better results, i hope ;)

I'm waiting for it ;)

Nikki boy thank you so much for doing this

i also feel ashamed with the list i made. anyway..i think this should be called Emotional Toplist with all the albums selected.

and i think we should all start listening to lot more and old music that set the ground for all the Killers, Jets, RH's and Coldplay's of the world. it will probably teach us to be more respectfull..in all possible ways..

*sorry for being emotional and dumb*

It's a shame their isn't many "neutral" boards, with fans from all over the world with different musical tastes take part. Would give a better result IMO.

I think a 'neutral' board would have too much bickering to be successful.

Well considering that this is a Coldplay fansite, I'm not surprised that their 3 albums were in the top 4... but I was also happy that Radiohead got the rest of the top 7!!!
