COLDPLAY.COM NEW STUFF

^^^^ I think it's amazing (and sweet) what they've done with the site so far! :)

It's really is great to see a timeline of the band and how far they've really come, as well as new pics.

Go COLDPLAY!!!!

"the hardest part (3/3/06)

terrible song, good video"

COLDPLAY.com

^^^^ Exactly nevaehdreamz!

I'm glad to see the band showing more love for us fans who are continuing to support them through the thick and thin. :)

hehehehe.... I'm still reading the comments they've made... pretty funny! (like what Loretin quoted that was written about the Hardest Part....) :D

that video of the southamerican tour was recorded here in Chile.. was in the old site too.. it's a cool video.. how many good memories of those places

I'm really loving all the design of the site. And the notes wrote by the own band with that funny handwriting and the drawings of tv's, cameras and pencils. So beautiful!

haha, I really like it. It's like everything from teir POV

I like Chris' note about 'The Scientist"

"The video for the Scientist - made by Jamie Thraves, a clever and lovely man, was pretty good. But everytime I see Simon Peggs he teases me about it, so now I can't watch it. He wonders why someone after a car crash would go into town and have a nap. He can fuck off. -CM

LOL, I laugh because I used to wonder that same thing.

Holy crap, is Guy not the cutest thing ever in that sweater?:nice:

I hope they don't do the whole matching outfits deal.

Maybe they will be trendy little guys now.

:laugh4:

I love the new site! I checked the page today when I got home from my exam, just to see if it was up yet (coz I was paranoid that everything was going to be announced this weekend when I was studying). And it is up! I'm glad that I caught it the day it was put up. I love Chris' comment about Simon Pegg for The Scientist video!

I'm so happy about this. It's a nice site layout, too, and it's cool about how they've got the band members and people outside the band commenting on everything.I'm loving life.

Lol, I'm meant to be studying for my exam on Wednesday but screw that for a joke, I'm exploring the new site!

That's what took so long? Somebody please tell me that I'm not clicking something...

EDIT:::gah! damn firefox!

I take that back, pretty awesome timeline! yay for videos!!

They wrote entries on things as far back as 1999. Personal notes and articles that they had to scan and convert to flash images. I'd say the time they took is reasonable.

I like!!! :D

So many little mementos and videos and things all over the place. The earliest stuff is great, like about signing the publishing deal on paddle boats (?! :laugh3: ) and footage from the laurel tree and stuff. Great to hear some of the older songs up too. And it sounds like Phil has come back to look after them, which is probably a very good thing.

So much better designed than the last site function-wise, even if it could use a little bit of colour. Sooo nice to get something so personal for a change. I think I'm beggining to hope again.

When the album is nearing completion it will be fun to see their updates on it. Can't wait. :D

It's always made perfect sense to me... extreme shock can do funny things to a person's head like causing them to wander around in a forgetful stupor or collapse eventually.

What I don't get is what on earth a nice clean mattress is doing randomly lying in the middle of the street like that...
