May 9, 200719 yr ive heard he didnt drink either, but ive always taken that to mean he doesnt drink much. Apparently he drinks wine with dinner etc. i never really bought into that whole thing that he's been dry since he got himself drunk that night he kicked will out of the band. i think this story is mostly truth. ill bet that chris did go to this bar, have some drinks, and get a bit goofy. i dont really think theres anything wrong with that. the only reason its making the papers or whatever is because he's a)famous and b) has that clean-cut image described in the first part of the article. if he caused a real scene, hurt someone, hurt himself, or made a fool of himself beyond some embarrassing singing, then i think theres something wrong. but hey, he just had a few drinks and did some bad kareoke. who doesnt?
May 9, 200719 yr Chris is kind of goofy all the time, so why wouldn't he be kinda goofy after a few drinks. Chris drinks, not like Guy drinks, but he drinks. Not like he was caught drowning puppies in the Thames FFS!.

May 10, 200719 yr Well, I don't drink, I'll tell people that when they offer me something, but I've been known to have a very tiny bit of something every once in a great while. I think it's the same with Chris... although I'd never have enough to get drunk off of. If (and that's a huge if) there is the tiniest shred of truth to this story and it's not just a tabloid fabrication (I doubt it isn't), I hope it doesn't mean something bad has happened. I think Chris has said before that he only really drinks when he feels like he needs to beat himself up for something going wrong. (Very bad idea btw) Of course, maybe he had something to celebrate too? (Album finished perhaps?)
