Uhh well, it's rather hard to draw human faces in general :confused:.

I always start with the characteristics on the people's faces.

 

On Guy you see his very distinct cheek bones and the dark area around his eyes. Maybe I'm gonna write/draw a tutorial about this later ;) Just keep in mind to always remember the important things on somebodys face and to draw them properly.
