I was walking home with a friend and we stopped outside a bar with a big screen tv and outdoor speaker so we wouldn't miss too much of the game (we missed a few minutes for the walk). We made it just in time for the face-off that led to the tying goal and then RAN home for overtime!! We got in the door JUST IN TIME for the win!! My poor neighbours probably heard the screams!!!!!!!

 

This is a VERY good sign of things to come in this series!!

I play floor hockey down at church on Thursday nights. So I brought the TV down and had it on the benches haha. But a bunch of us came up to my place and got to see the third period and the OT! We were very excited. I'm practically living in my Habs jersey.

Needless to say, my only jersey is blue and white,lol, but I could see myself proudly wearing a t-shirt this year. My bass player is a habs fan, and frankly, his jersey needs a wash,lol!:lol::lol:

Haha, this one is still pretty clean. But hopefully I will be wearing it enough that it will have to be washed if you know what I mean.

 

But man, the magic continues. 30 seconds left and they tie it then win it 48 seconds in! Wow.

I hope the boys can pull ahead tonight.

Saturday's game was almost a repeat of Thursday's...except for Montreal losing,lol. I have high hopes for tonight though.

I feel your pain...I've been a leafer since before birth,lol. But I want the Cup back in Canada so badly that I swallowed my pride this year and went with Montreal.

 

The good news for Toronto is that after Philly sucked last year, they've come back to probably make the conference final. Maybe the Leafs will follow their pattern next year?:)
