COLDPLAY IN SICILY FOR THE VIDEO OF THE FIRST SINGLE 'VIOLET HILL'

 

Do you remember of the last Prospekt post, that announced the tracklist from Taormina, Sicily? Coldplayzone.it thought about a presence in Italy of the entire band, but Debs Wild said there was only Prospekt on the Italian island. Indeed, they were here!

Coldplay had arrived in Sicily to shot the videoclip of the first single taken from Viva La Vida, entitled Violet Hill. The set, a very restricted area, was stood in Enna, a city builded on a hill (the Italian city at the highest altitude), near Nicoletti lake. The source is an italian newspaper, Il Mattino, that said the single will be released in May and in the tracklist will be the ghost track The Escapist.

All these facts give to us Italian a great proud because it's the demostration of the great love that Coldplay and Italy have each other.

No problem Ian...Only to specify that we had the notice of Coldplay in Italy since wednesday, but they thought it was a joke or a fake...

They called to every Taormina 5 stars hotels, but nobody gave us the requested information...

Yesterday, a friend of mine saw Coldplay in a disco (into the privè) and made a sort of video that i will post soon...He said: 'Patrizio, i was at disco and i suddenly saw a man with curly hair along with other three guys...and someone screamed 'Coldplay' and i started to make a video, but i don't know if you can see something because there was no light at that moment'...
