so, what should i do? just wait and see? :\

Will it also be on XFM?

Just about every thread has completely different info on what radio station is playing Violet Hill. BBC1, XFM etc. The only thing for sure that I know is that its playing at 12:15 London time

^yeah, i'm almost positive that's 7:15 AM for us, tracie.

the way i understand it is that BBC6 will play violet hill first, probably, and then XFM either around the same time or shortly after that. though this might have changed a bit since i first got it straight in my mind, especially since we now know it's 12:15 rather than right on the dot of noon.

and i'm pretty sure it's XFM that has the really juicy coldplay news for us tomorrow, not BBC.

Radio 1 is in the mix too, I think they'll all be playing it around the same time. So choose one of these three and then start listening from 6.45am-ish just to be safe, they might tell us some stuff beforehand :)

Radio 1 (played on Jo Whiley's show, who has already heard the album)

XFM (has the extra information)

6 Music

Remember guys, the BBC (both Radio 1 and 6 Music) has a listen again option, so even the late risers can listen to the show on the BBC website.

So let me get this straight, 6 music has the first play sometime tuesday morning, Jo Whiley gets to play it on her show around noon, and then Xfm will be playing it in the afternoon.
